Drew Barrymore is making an almost $8.5 million adjustment to her  real estate portfolio by listing her home in  the Hamptons.

The renovated barn, originally built in 1920, is priced at $8.45 million and occupies 1.7 acres in the heart of  Sagaponack, less than a mile from the ocean. It was put on the market last week.

There are seven bedrooms.

The actress and talk show host has owned the seven-bedroom home since 2019, purchasing it for $5.5 million through a limited liability company, as recorded in PropertyShark. The home has been featured across her social media platforms.

The dining room has a sloping roof.

Despite its conversion into a residence, the former barn retains much of its period charm, featuring soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and hardwood floors.

The centerpiece of the 6,850-square-foot, light-filled home is the great room, which connects to an adjacent breakfast nook and kitchen. The kitchen is uniquely separated from the rest of the space by a wall constructed from window frames. Glass doors in the great room lead out to a deck.
