“Awaiting sincere wishes: My special birthday”

Of course! Surprise parties are always a success.

It doesn’t matter if you are organizing one for yourself or someone else, surprises are always full of joy and memorable moments.

And did you know what? Puppies can enjoy them as much as we do too!

To prove it, here is Kona, the most adorable puppy, who couldn’t contain her happiness when she was surprised with her own party. Her smile says it all!

Kona is a lovely pittie mix who was rescued and adopted by a loving family.

From the moment he arrived at his new home, this puppy took it upon himself to fill it with love and joy. He spent his days playing with his mother, Collyn, and anyone else who crossed his path.

For the next seven years, it continued to bring happiness endlessly.

“It has made every day better since then,” Collyn wrote on Instagram.

A year after adopting her, Kona’s parents decided she would make a great big sister, so they adopted another puppy named Mako.

From the first moment she met her new little brother, Kona assumed her role as big sister with responsibility. She was always willing to take care of Mako whenever her parents needed help from her.

Seeing how well Kona got along with Mako, the parents decided to offer him help and take in a series of foster puppies. While Mako was busy playing, Kona stepped forward once again and made sure that all of her foster siblings were well taken care of.

Despite all of these new responsibilities, Kona always found time to spend with her mom!

Kona’s happiness was evident when she and her family had something to celebrate. Whether dressing up for Halloween or even crashing her parents’ wedding, this pup just couldn’t contain her excitement.

Because of this, Kona’s parents decided it would be a perfect idea to host a special celebration for her.

So when he turned seven, Collyn threw him the sweetest surprise party ever.

The party included a pink scarf, a sparkly tiara, and all of her closest friends. And, when the night came, Kona received her own birthday cake and everyone at her party sang her a birthday song.

 

 

“I finally gave in and bought him a dog birthday cake for the first time. He loved it,” Collyn wrote on Instagram.

Kona couldn’t wipe the smile off her face!

She already really enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, but when she saw how important it was to them, this sweet pup was absolutely delighted!

“[She] was trying to contain her excitement and not eat the cake because I asked her to wait. Nothing made her happier than having a room full of family members who she loves, smiling and clapping,” Collyn wrote in a comment on Instagram.

This adorable puppy entered her eighth year of life in the best way possible: with a belly full of peanut butter pie and hugs for everyone she loves.

Since then, Kona loves remembering her birthday celebration and how everyone appreciated her efforts.
