The Miami Marlins and the Atlanta Braves meet Friday in MLB action from Truist Park. Here’s a Miami Marlins vs Atlanta Braves prediction. This will be the second installment in a four-Game series. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best bets for the Game.

Miami Marlins Betting Preview

The Marlins played a pair of Games versus the Rays this week. Miami lost the opener 9-3 then took Wednesday’s Game 6-2. On Thursday versus the Braves, the Marlins gave up three in the first inning on the way to a 4-2 loss. Starter Max Meyer finished with 5.0 innings and four earned runs.

Over on the Braves’ side, they took on the Milwaukee Brewers in their last series. Atlanta lost the opener of that set 8-3 then took wins 5-1 and 6-2 for a victory in the set. Miami Marlins vs Atlanta Braves Prediction

I’ll lean toward the Braves but realistically the line is way too thick to mess with. SchwelleNBAch had a choppy outing in a loss to the Cardinals back on July 21, giving up four earned in 6.0 innings. In the other pair among his last three starts however, SchwelleNBAch is 2-0 with one earned in 14.0 innings.

On Thursday Atlanta did enough on offense to support a nice pitching effort overall. That said, the reliance on home runs (three for all four RBI) left a handful of goose eggs in the stat columns. You wouldn’t be crazy for trying the Marlins on principle here, but I’m probably just staying away all together.
