On the Wall: Edie Fake will open next week at Providence College Gallery’s (PCG’s) Reilly Gallery, Smith Center for the Arts from March 29 – September 30, 2023 with a mural as its featured presentation. The Opening Reception and Artist-Led Tour will be Wednesday, March 29th, 5 – 7pm
The American artist, illustrator, author, and transgender activist, Edie Fake, presents a kaleidoscopic mural exploring contemplation in various religious and cultural contexts. With custom-designed wallpapers, geometric patterns, and mirrored vinyl, the exhibition will transform the gallery into an immersive artwork. On the Wall: Edie Fake is the final exhibition Jamilee Lacy will curate for PCG.
