Anuv Jain can't help but praise 'legend' Atif Aslam

In a delightful display of cross-border musical fraternity, Indian singer-songwriter Anuv Jain took to Instagram to share a heartwarming moment with Pakistani music icon Atif Aslam. The artists, who recently shared the stage for a concert in Nepal, continued their musical journey offstage with an impromptu late-night jam session.

Anuv captured this special encounter in a black and white photograph posted on his social media, featuring both singers smiling directly at the camera. The picture, snapped at 3am, came after what the 29-year-old singer described as an extraordinary post-concert experience.

In his Instagram caption, Anuv recounted the night's events, saying, "What a night! This picture was taken at 3am, right after Atif Aslam Sir and his band turned a simple BBQ dinner into the most amazing 2.5 hour long jam session for about 20 of us." He expressed his awe and appreciation, noting, "Having a legend sitting just a few feet away from me doing his thing was probably one of the craziest things that have ever happened to me. Thank you for a beautiful night, sir, and for inspiring an entire generation."

The intimate gathering took place after their performance in Kathmandu, where both artists were part of a lineup that brought together fans from both nations in a rare musical collaboration. Fans of both artists were quick to express their joy and admiration for the shared moment, flooding the comments section with messages of love and support.

Earlier in January, Atif, who has garnered cross-border fame with his heart-melting vocals was announced to be making a much-anticipated comeback to Bollywood with a romantic song for Love Story of 90's, as reported by India Today.

Produced by Haresh Sangani and Dharmesh Sangani, LSO90’s is directed by Amit Kasaria and stars the talented Adhyayan Suman alongside Miss Universe Diva, Divita Rai. The film marks Atif’s return to B-Town after 7 years to the delight of the singer’s fans on both sides of the border.

Expressing their excitement about this momentous collab, the producers shared, "We are very ecstatic as Atif Aslam has sung the very first song in our film LSO90's. Fans of Atif Aslam will be thrilled. He is making a return in Bollywood through our film."
