A Daily Look at What You Can Do at the Ulster County Fair in New Paltz

The 136th Annual Ulster County Fair kicks off this month on Tuesday, July 30th, 2024, and runs through Sunday, August 4th, 2024.

This fair is open daily with a pay-one-price admission which means you buy your ticket for $20 or $18 if you buy it online and you get a complete fair experience. Your ticket includes mid-way rides, shows, and Entertainment.

What to Do at the Ulster County Fair on Tuesday, July 30th, 2024

Of course, you come for the Fun but you also want to stay for the Entertainment. Joe Adee & the Lug Nuts will be live on the Main stage. Remember Entertainment on the Main Stage is included in your fair admission ticket. Tuesday is also Carload night $50 per car with a maximum of 8 people per car. The fair opens at 4 PM and closes that night at 10 PM.

What to Do at the Ulster County Fair on Wednesday, July 31st, 2024

Wednesday at the fair is the first of two Senior Days which means that seniors enter the fair for free. There is a time restriction for entry and that is 10 AM to 4 PM. Country star Mark Wills will be on the main stage that evening.

There are some other things that draw people in on Tuesdays including daily entertainment, the Racing Pigs, and more.

What to Do at the Ulster County Fair on Thursday, August 1st, 2024

Thursday is the second opportunity for seniors to come and enjoy the fair. Frankie Justice will be on the Main Stange. Of course, rides and delicious fair food will be available. Thursday night you can also watch the Truck pull starting at 7:30 PM.

What to Do at the Ulster County Fair Friday, August 2nd, 2024

Friday enjoy Country star RaeLynn on the main stage, plus it is the last Summer Camp day. The Ulster County Fair has Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday designated as special camp days with a reduced ticket price for campers and their counselor until 1 PM. What to Do at the Ulster County Fair on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024

Saturday bring the family to the fair for rides and be sure to stop in to see what the 4-H has going on this year. At 8 PM you can rock out to Marshall Tucker Band on the Main stage.

What to do at the Ulster County Fair on Sunday, August 4th, 2024

Sunday the Ulster County Fair Welcomes Jake Hoot from NBC's The Voice for one show at 5:30 PM. Sunday also happens to be the day of the Ulster County Fair Baby Contest starting at 11 AM.
