When is Alavés - Barcelona? Times, how to watch on TV and stream online | LaLiga
After their winning start to the LaLiga season was brought to an end last weekend, Barcelona will bid to get their league campaign back on track when they visit Deportivo Alavés.
It’s a game that you’ll be able to stream live on fubo.
Barça outplayed by Osasuna
Having won their first seven Games of the LaLiga season, Barça suffered a 4-2 defeat to Osasuna on matchday eight - and only Lamine Yamal’s last-minute consolation spared the Catalans an even more comprehensive scoreline.
This midweek, however, Barça did get back to winning ways with victory in Europe. Robert Lewandowski scored twice at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys on Tuesday, as the Blaugrana picked up their first three points of the Champions League campaign by thumping Young Boys 5-0.
On the same day, Barça announced the signing of Wojciech Szczesny to replace injured goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen, who is out for the rest of the season. Szczesny won’t be involved until after the October international break, though; as the Pole builds up his match fitness, Iñaki Peña will continue to deputise for Ter Stegen.
Meanwhile, Alavés sit in mid-table in LaLiga, but host the leaders on a run of two straight Spanish top-flight defeats. Most recently, Luis García Plaza’s men were beaten 2-0 by Getafe.
What time does Alavés vs Barcelona start?
The LaLiga matchday-nine clash between Alavés and Barcelona will be played at the Estadio Mendizorroza in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, on Sunday October 6, 2024. It’s scheduled to get underway at 10:15 a.m. ET/7:15 a.m. PT.
How can I watch Alavés vs Barcelona?

Alavés vs Barcelona: prediction
Barcelona are unbeaten in their last 14 meetings with Alavés - a sequence that includes wins in the sides’ past three match-ups. We reckon Hansi Flick’s team will extend that winning run to four games in the Basque Country. Prediction: Alavés 1-3 Barcelona.
