Dr. Nicole Martin is no longer relying on cosmetic fillers to maintain her youthful appearance.

“I have really moved away from fillers. Personally, I had a bad experience with fillers,” the “Real Housewives of Miami” star, 39, exclusively tells Page Six Style while promoting her new Exoceuticals skincare line.

“I tried to fill in a little bit of areas where I felt had lost some collagen and fat over the years,” she says over Zoom, gesturing toward her cheeks and temples. “And I just, I felt like it looked so unnatural in my opinion.”

The anesthesiologist explains that she “ended up dissolving most” of her fillers.

“I personally just didn’t like the way I looked with fillers. I will refrain from using fillers as much as possible,” she elaborates. “I want to really work on my skin and building my own collagen.”

Martin says she keeps her skin plump these days with non-invasive treatments like laser facials.

However, the doctor has also discovered the anti-aging benefits of exosomes — natural lipid carriers that transport vital substances between cells, guiding repair, healing and collagen production — through extensive research to create Exoceuticals.

“As a physician, I’ve always been interested in Health and wellness and I’ve always had a natural curiosity for Science and research and data,” she says of what led her to launch the brand with co-founder Dr. Robin Smith.

“We started talking and she had all of these ideas about how exosomes could be applied to skincare and how we could really target your skin from within and help reverse the signs of aging … and I became a founding partner of Exoceuticals and we’ve been working on it for the last year.”

Martin’s favorite products from her own collection include an anti-aging cream ($195), hyaluronic acid serum ($224) and body lotion ($89) — “skin life savers” that she wishes were around when she was “reckless” about skincare in her 20s.

“I would lie to you if I said I was in my 20s and was wearing SPF. I think when you’re young, you’re a little more reckless with your behavior and you’re not as cautious about things,” she shares.

“So when I was younger, I probably didn’t put in the effort that I wish I would have.”

Martin emphasizes that “aging is a blessing,” though she does her best to keep wrinkles at bay.

While a proper skincare regimen is key, she says, the medical professional is a self-proclaimed “Botox lover” — even though she’s currently on a break from all neurotoxins as she is pregnant with her second child.

“I am a Botox lover. I do like to not have a lot of movement, so I still do my Botox — when I’m not pregnant,” says the mom of Greyson, 5, who’s expecting a baby girl with fiancé Anthony Lopez.

“I do plan on continuing Botox. I think there’s different things that you can do to help you age gracefully,” she continues. “I think there’s lasers, there’s injectables, there’s skincare and they all kind of are different piece of the pie so to speak.”
