Raptors vs Nets Picks, Predictions & Odds Tonight - NBA
The Toronto Raptors have already been eliminated from the NBA’s inaugural In-Season Tournament, but they can play spoilers when they visit the Brooklyn Nets in their final group stage game on Tuesday night.
Meanwhile, the Nets need a win tonight if they want to keep their NBA Cup hopes alive. But that will be easier said than done as oddsmakers have them set as slight 1.5-home favorites against a Raptors team that has covered the spread in five of their last six games.
I break down the NBA odds for this In-Season Tournament matchup and bring you the best bet in my NBA picks and predictions for Raptors vs. Nets on Tuesday, November 28.

Raptors vs Nets predictions
This Toronto Raptors season has already been a roller coaster and it doesn’t feel like it's going to change anytime soon. Under Darko Rajakovic Toronto has shown some promise. The Raps are a solid defensive team, with a breakout star in Scottie Barnes but they lack shooters and that has been at the root of their inconsistencies.
The Raps have struggled with shot creation vs. good defensive teams. That said, they have been able to take advantage of poor defensive teams. They've managed to pull out wins against the Bulls, Pacers, and Pistons over their last five games and somewhat surprisingly, the Brooklyn Nets aren’t great at the defensive end of the floor.
Even with defensive stalwarts Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson, Brooklyn ranks 22nd in defensive rating and part of the problem seems to be they are allowing opponents a lot of looks from beyond the arc. In fact, the Nets allow the second-most 3-point attempts per game. At this point, it feels a little lucky that opponents are hitting just 35% of those attempts.
Now, while the Raptors don’t have a ton of depth when it comes to reliable shooters, one of their better ones is 3-and-D wing OG Anunoby. The 26-year-old who has been the basis for many Raps trade rumors, is having his best season to date when it comes to shooting the 3-ball.
Anunoby is draining 41% of his 6.4 3-point attempts per game. That is helping him put up 15.5 points per game this season. Now, his production has been down a bit since returning from a finger injury. But I think that is just giving us some value in this matchup since his point total for this matchup is sitting at 13.5.
He’s gone Over that number in six of his 13 games this season, he put up 26 points two games ago against Chicago and has hit 7-12 threes over his last two games.
With the Nets also dealing with several injuries, I like Anunoby to take advantage of this matchup, keep trending in the right direction, and go Over his point total.
My best bet: OG Anunoby (-115 at Pointsbet)
Raptors vs Nets same-game parlay
OG Anunoby Over 13.5 points
OG Anunoby 3+ made threes
Raptors moneyline
As always, our same-Game parlay tips off with my best bet, which for this NBA In-Season Tournament Game is OG Anunoby to go Over 13.5 points scored. So, let’s explore how Anunoby will get over that point total.
As I noted, OG is one of the better 3-point shooters on the Raps and I’m betting he hits a handful tonight to help get him Over that number. That means I’m adding his alternate threes prop at 3+. He’s hit three or more threes four times in his last eight games.
Let’s close this SGP out with the Raptors to win this Game. The Nets are already struggling a bit on the defensive end of the floor and on top of that they are dealing with a bunch of injuries. Cam Thomas and Ben Simmons are out, while Nic Claxton is questionable. That’s a lot of important minutes missing.
The Raps can lean on OG and their 12th-ranked defense in this one and win for the fourth time in their last six Games.

Raptors vs Nets spread and Over/Under analysis
The Raptors opened this Eastern Conference matchup as 1.5-point underdogs but have been faded just slightly with the line sitting at Nets -2 as of Tuesday afternoon.
As noted, I like the Raptors to win this game. When Toronto has struggled it has generally been against strong defensive teams. The Nets aren’t really that, and mix in those injury concerns and I believe there is value in the Raptors on the moneyline tonight.
When it comes to the total, it hit the board at 222.5 and that’s where it remains as of writing of this. It’s the same deal with the spread. We are getting a lower number here because the Raptors rank 23rd in offensive rating but have put up 131.7 points in their last three wins. I would lean Over here.
