QT Rescued Pup Takes in Trio of Abandoned Kittens

An inspiring tale takes place at the Animal Shelter of Pickens County in Jasper, Georgia, as Mary, a Beagle mix, steps up to care for not just her own puppies but also three orphaned kittens.

When Mary first arrived at the shelter with a baby bump, she wasted no time in stepping up to nurture the little kittens who had been abandoned at the shelter. This was right after she had given birth to her own bunch of puppies.

Mary’s affection for the kittens was apparent from the start, as she carefully watched over them and kept them nearby at all times. Judy Moody, a staff member at the shelter, observed, “Mary adores those kittens. When I tried to separate them, she was so upset she had a panic attack. As soon as I brought them back, she was overjoyed.”

In one situation, Mary stepped in to stop a kitten from being separated while they were being fed, showing her strong connection and nurturing nature towards the young Animals.
