PlayStation enforces permanent ban for Code of Conduct breaches
Playstation is permanently suspending accounts due to violations of the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement.
On Monday, various social media platforms were flooded with complaints about the suspension of PlayStation accounts without any notice.
In a blog posted on its website, Sony informed users that the accounts are being temporarily or permanently suspended based on types of Code of Conduct breaches. Once the account gets suspended, the user will see an error code when attempting to sign in. The company will also send an email stating the reason for suspension.

In case of a temporary suspension, the date of recovery will be mentioned in the email. The suspensions are final with no appeals, except for account debt suspensions which are lifted upon balance payment. Permanent suspensions may be appealed under certain conditions.
