We have just 2 Saturdays left of NHL action in terms of the regular season, so let’s make the most of it. Today features a handful of afternoon action with 11 games in total, and of course, Stanley Cup playoff berths and improved seeding are still on the table. We’ve got 2 of the Eastern Conference’s best going head-to-head and some divisional rivalries, so let’s get into our best NHL parlay picks for today.

Winnipeg Jets 3-way ML (+125) over Minnesota Wild

The first leg of our NHL parlay picks for today features one of those aforementioned divisional rivalries, with this one being the Central Division. The top 3 teams – the Dallas Stars, Winnipeg Jets and Colorado Avalanche have been fighting for the title all season and have already clinched their playoff berths. On the flip side, the Minnesota Wild have been one of the more disappointing teams of 2023-24, as they’re going to miss the playoffs despite being one of the favorites to rival the Avs in the division.
Their struggles and the Jets impressive year have been perfectly illustrated when these teams go head-to-head, as Winnipeg has won each of the last 4 matchups. The most recent was a 3-goal victory about 6 weeks ago, and 3 of those 4 victories have come by multiple goals. That type of dominance makes us even more confident taking them just to win in regulation with our NHL parlay picks for today.

Toronto Maple Leafs -1.5 (+125) over Montreal Canadiens

Next up is another divisional matchup, but it’s tough to call it a rivalry as of late. It’s actually one of the historically classic matchups between Canadian teams, but it’s been the Toronto Maple Leafs with the far better teams since those old school matchups. That’s why we’re willing to take them on the puck line even with them on the road. They have quite a bit of work to do, and would need some help, for them to catch the Boston Bruins and Florida Panthers in the Atlantic Division, but as they haven’t technically clinched a playoff berth yet, we’re not worried about a lack of motivation. 

Meanwhile, the Habs are tied with the fewest points in the Atlantic, and like the Jets and Wild, have lost 4 straight to the Leafs. The first 2 of those came by a combined score of 12-2, so it’s safe to say that Toronto has been in complete control. This is also a chance for them to get right after a loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning, so we’re putting our trust in Auston Matthews as he still holds out hope for a remarkable 70-goal season.

Nashville Predators 3-way ML (+135) over New York Islanders

Lastly, our NHL parlay picks for today are focused on an inter-conference matchup, and an extremely important one at that. The Nashville Predators and New York Islanders are 2 teams in the heat of their respective Wild Card races, and they couldn’t be any tighter. Both tend to be a part of low-scoring Games, so consider that approach as well, but we’re rolling with the Preds. After being one of the hottest teams in March going 9-2-2, they put themselves in postseason contention after it was seemingly very unlikely. 

Things haven’t been as great lately, but they were able to turn things around 2 nights ago with a 3-goal win over the St. Louis Blues, a divisional rival trying to play spoiler. New York has beaten up on two of the worst teams in the NHL – the Chicago Blackhawks and Columbus Blue Jackets – recently, but this will be a step up in class. We also saved the best for last – the Preds have won 10 straight against the Islanders! Therefore, that’s how we’re closing out our NHL parlay picks for today.
