New appointment to help Welsh companies’ commerce ambitions
Chambers Wales South East, South West and Mid has appointed David Peña as its new Worldwide Commerce Supervisor.
David, who’s initially from Barcelona and speaks English, Catalan, French and Spanish, joins the Chamber from Worldwide Commerce Issues.
Along with his skilled profession spanning the retail sector, licensing trade, enterprise growth and commerce help, David brings a wealth of information and expertise with him to the Chamber.
In his various profession he has labored in culturally completely different corporations, opened entry to new markets for corporations in all continents and liaised with companies, organisations and types akin to Asmodee, Ministry of Defence (UK), Royal British Legion and The Smurfs.
Moreover, David holds a Stage 5 Diploma in Worldwide Commerce from the Institute of Export the place he’s a full member and was awarded twice in his commencement ceremony together with the Prize for Tutorial Excellence from the Worshipful Firm of World Merchants.
In his new position, David will lead the commerce staff on the Chamber and help members, companions and companies in Wales with their exporting and importing wants together with compliance, coaching, entry to new markets and provide chain connectivity. David will share his invaluable data and expertise, changing into an asset to the staff.
