The Los Angeles Lakers suffered their second playoff loss to the Denver Nuggets. A heartbreaking buzzer-beater shot by Jamal Murray lifted the Nuggets over the Lakers just in time to give Denver their 10th straight win over the Lakers.

Beyond being disappointed in the loss, Lakers’ LeBron James was angry. In the post Game press conference, he referenced a call by the officials in the third quarter when D’Angelo Russell seemed to get hit in the face by Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. Porter was whistled for the foul, but they challenged it and it was overturned.

“I don’t understand what’s going on in the replay center, to be honest,” said LeBron. “D-Lo clearly gets hit in the face on the drive. Why the f** do we have a replay center if it just...it’s gonna go...it doesn’t make sense. It makes no sense. It bothers me.”

LeBron then references what happened in the New York Knicks vs Philadelphia Sixers playoff Games as well. The 76ers are planning to file a grievance due to poor officiating throughout their series against the Knicks. Sixers’ Joel Embiid has also complained (and also used expletives) that the officiating is making the playoffs much more difficult than necessary. “Everybody on the floor was trying to call a timeout… But you know, forget about a timeout. There’s a bunch of fouls. Like I said, that’s f***ing unacceptable.”

The Lakers are now 2-0 in the series against Denver and will Travel back home to Los Angeles to play Game 3 on Thursday at 10 p.m. ET.
