Ignite Your Self Defense with RINewsToday’s contributing writer on exercise and fitness, Kevin Kearns, is an empowering self-defense class specifically for women. Registration is now open.
Learn practical techniques to boost your confidence and stay safe in a friendly, supportive environment. The class is for all skill levels. Space is limited so must register to attend.
The class will be held on Thursday, August 8th. Doors open at 6pm, class begins at 6:30pm sharp. The class is $25 and includes instruction, food, drink and a special gift.
