Hudson Valley Antiques Lovers Have a New Place to Shop
Antiques lovers you will be excited to know that there is a new place to shop for treasures in the Hudson Valley and they serve coffee.
Ball & Claw Antiques is officially open on Main Street in Port Ewen, New York. Easy to find on Main Street also known as Broadway and Route 9W, Ball & Claw has found a home in a historic building in Ulster County. If you are familiar with this part of Ulster County then I don't have to tell you how great it is that this centrally located building has a new life.
At one point this building was home to a Family Health Center now it is a destination for people seeking a cup of coffee and an antique. After some renovations, Ball & Claw Antiques have taken over this architectural gem in Port Ewen and have given it a new purpose.
Maria Philippos the person behind Ball & Claw antiques calls the hamlet of Port Ewen her home. At BallandClawHV.com the official online home of Ball & Claw Antiques Maria shared the story of how Ball & Claw got started.
In February of 2024, I returned to my true love of antiques and design (with a little coffee thrown in, for good measure). A lifelong collector and forager of old stuff, I opened my first shop, Cakewalk, in Rosendale in 2003. I’ve also sold antiques in several multi dealer shops in the Hudson Valley, on Ebay and online. I am excited to combine all of my passions into the Ball & Claw. (via ballandclawhv.com)
According to Maria the shop also features coffee daily and the garden will have a cocktail truck and pop-up food on occasion.
