Ally Watt, Kerry Abella and Marta scored in the first hour for the Pride, with the team only managing three goals total in its previous three matches.

The Pride (18-2-6, 60 points) had already wrapped up the best record in the NWSL, but this result assured that they would at least share the milestone for most victories. The 18 wins are tied for the most in league History, though the 60 points stand alone as the most with the Florida outfit unbeaten at home all season, winning ten and drawing three of their 13 Games at the Inter & Co Stadium.

Bay FC clinch playoff spot

Rachael Kundananji scored two goals for Bay FC in their final match away to Houston as part of a 2-3 win. The points guaranteed a playoff berth which is a massive achievement for the club playing in their first NWSL campaign with the win, and other results securing a seventh place finish for the California outfit in their expansion season.

Gotham and Kansas City, form teams

The Kansas City Current scored three times in the first half and set a record for the most regular-season goals by a team in NWSL History (57) in a 3-1 win against the host Chicago Red Stars on Sunday in Bridgeview, Ill.

The Current finished the season on a 6-0-2 run, including four straight wins.

Kansas City had already secured the No. 4 playoff seed entering the day and will face the No. 5 North Carolina Courage in the first round.

NY/NJ Gotham FC are the other team in flying form and the current NWSL champions wind up the season strongly with a 1-4 away win against Utah Royals and face Portland Thorns at home in the quarter finals of the playoffs next Sunday.
