How many goals has Harry Kane scored for Bayern Munich this season?

Harry Kane is lighting up the Bundesliga in his first season in Germany. The former Tottenham Hotspur captain has settled into life at Bayern Munich by keeping his fine goalscoring form alive.

Ahead of the winter break in the Bundesliga, Bayern went into Wednesday night’s match against Wolfsburg needing to win to keep the pressure on Bayer Leverkusen, who lead the way under head coach Xabi Alonso.

Jamal Musiala gave the Bavarian side the lead, scoring in the 33rd minute, and Kane found the net just 10 minutes later with a superb strike from 25 yards that flew into the top corner, to extend Bayern’s lead before the break.

Wolfsburg pulled a goal back but Bayern held out to take all three points in their last Game of the year and are four points off Leverkusen at the top and have a Game in hand.

Kane scores again

Kane now has 21 goals and five assists in 15 Bundesliga games for Bayern this season in what has been a remarkable start to life for the England international at the Allianz Arena.

In all comPetitions, Kane has scored 25 goals and provided eight assists in 22 Games under Thomas Tuchel, becoming an instant hit for the German giants.

Kane, 30, wrote on social media: “Perfect way to sign off for the winter break! Have loved my first few months at Bayern and in Munich. Looking forward to a rest, then back in the new year to go again.”

Bayern boss Tuchel said: “If you look at his goal and the way he played in the second half, he was our first defender. How he holds on to the ball, tracks back, defends - his performances have been top.
