Hilary Duff welcomes fourth baby, her third with husband Matthew Koma

Hilary Duff’s family of five is so yesterday!

The “Lizzie McGuire” alum gave birth to her fourth baby on May 3, her and husband Matthew Koma’s third child together.

Duff delivered a baby girl named Townes Meadow Bair, she shared on Instagram Tuesday, alongside black-and-white photos of her home birth.

“Townes Meadow Bair, now we know why she made us wait so long…She was perfecting those Cheeks!” the “Come Clean” singer captioned the carousel.

“I Have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic. We all love you like you’ve been here all along beauty.”

The actress, 36, gave her Instagram followers a “surprise” in December 2023 when she revealed that she was expecting.

Duff shared photos of her Christmas card, which read, “Buckle up Buttercups, we’re adding one more to this crazy bunch!”

The “How I Met Your Father” alum and Koma, 36, previously welcomed daughters Banks, now 5, and Mae, now 3, in 2018 and 2021, respectively.

Duff’s eldest child is 12-year-old son Luca, whom the former Disney Channel star shares with ex-husband Mike Comrie.

The “Metamorphosis” singer hinted at her hopes to expand her family in a Romper interview published in 2022.

“I don’t think [we’re done],” Duff said. “It’s psychotic, I know. We might be. I don’t know. I love being a parent with Matt.”

She gushed, “We are obsessed with our kids, even though we’re so exhausted.”

After her pregnancy announcement the following year, Koma documented his vasectomy via Instagram Stories.

He and Duff have been married since December 2019. They dated on and off for two years before tying the knot in their backyard.
