Freddie Freeman’s wife, Chelsea Freeman, gave baseball girlies a behind-the-scenes look at the 2024 World Series from a MLB wife’s perspective.

“BTS of Game 1 & 2🫶🏻 Go Dodgers!!!” Chelsea, 33, captioned an Instagram Reels video posted on Monday, October 28. The clip, set to “Diet Pepsi” by Addison Rae, showed Cheslea getting her makeup done before walking into Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles.

Once in the stadium, she showed the celebration going on before the Game, which included a DJ and drinks. Of course, there was a Dodgers-themed food spread with sweet treats and a giant cake. Chelsea also gave followers a look at her outfit — a Dodgers shirt that read “Freeman” on the back paired with black jeans.

The stadium appeared to set up a step and repeat as well, which featured a blue carPet and white light up letters that read “World Series.” Once the Game started, Chelsea was seated right behind home plate for a prime view of the Game.

The Dodgers are currently 3-0 against the New York Yankees during this year’s World Series. (Game 4 will take place at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx on Tuesday, October 29.)

Chelsea’s husband, Freddie, 35, has been the World Series MVP so far — according to Dodgers fans, at least — by tying the World Series homerun record of five consecutive World Series Games with a home run. During the first Dodgers-Yankees matchup on Friday, October 25, Freddie hit a grand slam to win the Game.

Following the walk-off grand slam, Freddie ran over to Chelsea and they embraced for a loving moment on the edge of the field. This World Series has been a high point in the couple’s life after experiencing a tough year, including their 3-year-old son Max’s health battle.

In July, Chelsea rushed Max to the hospital after he was unable to stand or walk. He eventually received a Guillain-Barré syndrome diagnosis. (Freddie and Chelsea are also parents to Charlie, 8, and Brandon, 3.)

Weeks before the Dodgers were in the World Series, Freddie opened up about the pair’s “trying” year.

“Every day it’s a mental grind,” the baseball player told The New York Times. “I’m mentally exhausted. It’s not just [Max] getting better. There’s so much more that goes into something like this. I could tell you I need more than three days. I could probably tell you I’d need the rest of my life to [reset].”
