Born and Bred Joins Fireside to Showcase the Finest Hanwoo Beef

On August 21, Seoul’s very own Born and Bred will be joining our beloved Fireside for a one-night-only collaborative four-hands dinner as part of the Hong Kong restaurant’s In Search of the Best Beef series. One of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, Born and Bred specialises in Hanwoo beef and has become a favoured dining destination for everyone from David Beckham and Pharrell Williams to Blackpink. An 11-course menu will be available that night for $2,488, and it’s definitely something foodies around town simply can’t miss.

Ming Court Celebrates 20th Anniversary with Limited-Time Menu

In celebration of their 20-year legacy, Ming Court at Cordis is serving up a special time-limited Anniversary Feast of Umami Delights menu, available from now until the end of August. Crafted by three expert chefs from Hong Kong and Ningbo, the menu features eight meticulously crafted dishes, including the Symphony of Six Tastes, a succulent local lobster, Fenghua taro, crispy pork lard, and a brilliant salt baked pigeon. The tasting menu is priced at $988 per person.

Federico Balzarini Links Up with Luigi Troiano for Friends of ARGO x NOI

On August 22 from 7pm to 11pm, ARGO will be hosting its Friends of ARGO event, this time with the two-Michelin-starred NOI and its acclaimed head chef Luigi Troiano, who’ll be collaborating with the bar’s beverage manager Federico Balzarini on an exclusive food and drinks menu pairing delicacies such as tuna sandwiches with red uni and caviar or lobster buns with pumpkin tagliatelle with refreshing cocktails like uni martinis and Saturn peach and tonic.

Roganic Offers Best of Roganic Menus Ahead of Moving Location

After a successful spree at its Sino Plaza location in Causeway Bay, Roganic and Aulis will soon be moving to new locations, and in celebration of this milestone, the former is offering a time-limited menu spotlighting some if its best dishes over the past five years. The second edition of the menu will go from August 27 to September 15 and feature dishes such as the broccoli and smoked cod roe tartlet, roasted three yellow chicken skin, truffle pudding, sea urchin custard, dry-aged Rhug estate Welsh sirloin, dill brined lettuce, Ora king salmon with charred log cucumber and sweet jean corn, and roasted duck from Hop Wo Ho Poultry.
