More recently, in the Las Vegas Aces 99-80 win over the Indiana Fever four days ago, A’ja Wilson played exceptionally well from a statistical perspective. A’ja Wilson accumulated a massive 29 points, 15 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 1 block in the Aces win over the Indiana Fever.

Looking closer at the data just mentioned, in the Las Vegas Aces win over the Indiana Fever earlier in the week, Aces center A’ja Wilson accumulated a robust 56.8 Draftkings points. It has to be said, those are some quality offensive numbers coming from the Las Vegas Aces center.

I certainly like A’ja Wilson’s matchup tonight? Why? Wilson draws a Minnesota Lynx defense that has struggled to defend opposing players in the paint all season. Let me be more specific. Through five Games played in the 2024 WNBA regular season, the Minnesota Lynx are currently ranked an abysmal 12th in total points allowed in the paint a Game (39.3). Keep in mind that the WNBA has 12 teams in the entire league. Clearly, being ranked 12th in any team defensive category is never a good thing.
