She looked beautiful in a soft face of glowy, natural-looking makeup as she exited a hotel with Brad.
The two were later spotted as they arrived at the buzzy Italian restaurant Sistina for a romantic dinner.
The two, who began dating in late 2022, have been spotted together more frequently of late.
Over the weekend the lovebirds dropped by NYC Celebrity-loved haunt The Mulberry.
They spent a portion of the summer at Chateau Miraval, the French winery Pitt once shared with ex-wife Angelina.
The Fight Club star and 49-year-old actress have been in a years-long contentious divorce battle with the estate at the center.
While Pitt has done some solo Traveling this season, he has carved out plenty of time to spend with de Ramon at the winery, Page Six recently reported.
