After holding out all nearly the entire offseason, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb has finally gotten what he wanted from his team - a mega pay raise and contract extension.

The contract is a four-year, $136 million deal - an average annual salary of $34 million - which makes Lamb the second-highest paid non-quarterback in the league, behind Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson. He received a record-breaking $38 million signing bonus.

  • 2027: $28 million base salary + $1 million roster bonus million, $15.2 million dead cap

The $67 million Lamb was guaranteed at signing includes the $38 million signing bonus, the $1.15 million base salary for the 2024 season, and the $26.85 million base salary plus $1 million roster bonus for the 2025 season.

The $26 million that Lamb will receive in 2026 is fully guaranteed starting in March 2025, even if he gets injured before that date. The Of his 2027 salary, $7 million is fully guaranteed starting in March 2026, again, even if he’s injured before the date.

From 2025 to 2028, he will receive a $58,823 bonus for each game in which he’s active, which could potentially reach $1 million per season.
