Trent Alexander-Arnold involved in minor car crash
Liverpool and England right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold was involved in a minor car crash on Friday morning.
The car crash occurred during the due to the effects of Storm Babet which has seens parts of England endure severe flooding and damage caused by severe winds.
Alexander-Arnold was involved in a minor collision with another car after pylon, which was felled by Storm Babet, had made a country road near Knutsford in Cheshire impassable.
A spokesperson from the Cheshire Police told the press the details of the incident, confirming that no one involved was injured: "At 10.34am, we were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a black Range Rover and a BMW.
"An electricity pole had fallen into the road, causing the accident. Nobody was injured and everything was cleared by 1.05pm."

Despite the crash, the 25-year-old was fit enough to play the full 90 minutes of the Merseyside derby on Saturday afternoon. Alexander-Arnold was a part of the Liverpool team which expectedly dispatched of their inner-city rivals Everton at Anfield, taking advantage of the Toffees being down to ten-men in order to secure a 2-0 win.
Both goals would come courtesy of the in-form Mohamed Salah in the final 15 minutes of the Game - his 10th and 11th goal contributions of the season already - but Alexander-Arnold was also one of the standout performers in the Game.
The right-back recovered possession an impressive 14 times during the Game, and caused Everton's backline considerable problems with his ability in the final third too.
