Securing a ticket for LAFC-LA Galaxy, ‘El Trafico’: prices, availability

After a number of seasons with LAFC dominating the City of Angels in terms of Football, this 2024 campaign, it’s supporters of LA Galaxy who are walking around with their heads held high as the side remains only one of the three teams in both conferences yet to taste defeat in the new campaign.

With last year’s El Trafico being staged at the Pasadena Rose Bowl on 4 July, it’s back to home turf for the Black & Gold as they welcome the Galaxy to BMO Stadium and look to kick-start their lackluster start to the season with a win over their city rivals.

In terms of History, in their previous 21 meetings (since LAFC joined the league in 2018), LA Galaxy have come out on top nine times, with LAFC picking up seven wins. In 2023 the two teams met four times, winning two Games apiece with a fierce level of comPetition and rivalry having being developed in the six years since the city boasted two MLS clubs.

Tickets for LAFC-LA Galaxy

The action at the 22,000 capacity BMO Stadium kicks-off on Saturday evening with a start of 7:45 pm (ET) 4:45 pm (PT) and the good news for anyone looking to savour the action of one of MLS’s best derby Games is that a small number of resale tickets remain via Ticketmaster.

The cheapest ticket currently on sale (as of 6 April) will set you back $115 for a place in Sector 215. For any fans with deeper pockets and looking for a unique experience, a number of pitch-side bench tickets are still on sale with each set costing $1,200. Expensive, yes, but offering a perfect vantage point to enjoy the action on the field and the incredible atmosphere delivered by the home ‘3252′ fans who create a riot of colour and noise in the North Stand.
