The Milwaukee Bucks (49-31) square off against the Oklahoma City Thunder (55-25) Friday with tip-off from Paycom Center set for 8 p.m. ET. Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Bucks vs. Thunder odds and make our expert NBA picks and predictions.

Season series: Bucks lead 1-0 with 118-93 home on March 24

The Bucks have won 2 straight, against the Boston Celtics and Orlando Magic no less, with the latest being a 117-99 triumph over the Magic Wednesday. F Bobby Portis Jr. (30) and G Damian Lillard (29) carried the squad with F Giannis Antetokounmpo out. The Bucks sit 1 game ahead of the New York Knicks for 2nd in the East. They have a slew of players out or questionable Friday night in their 2nd-to-last game of the season.

The Thunder have won 3 straight after a 127-89 victory over the San Antonio Spurs Wednesday. G Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 26 points, 6 boards and 5 dimes in just 26 minutes. The Thunder are tied with the Minnesota Timberwolves for 2nd in the West and are just 1 game behind the Denver Nuggets for home-court advantage.

Bucks at Thunder and predictions

Prediction

Thunder 111, Bucks 89

Moneyline

We’re going to have to get creative because there are no props available for Bucks players. This means most, if not all, of the players on the injury report are likely to sit out.

But, what if they don’t? What if Dame decides he’s going to suit up and try to keep the Bucks in that 2nd spot? Now you’ve risked -1600 or laid 16.5 points. So I’m not interested in either proposal. With Milwaukee’s front line likely depleted, this should be a game where F Chet Holmgren goes off. His line is just 14.5 points, and he averages 16.5 PPG on the season.

Take CHET HOLMGREN OVER 14.5 POINTS (-130).

Against the spread

Next up, G Josh Giddey, who has dropped 20 in 2 of the last 3 Games. He had 19 against a Healthy Milwaukee roster last month and has scored 14+ points in 4 of 5.

And you’re giving us even money for him to do it again?

Take JOSH GIDDEY OVER 13.5 POINTS (+100).

Or SGP THUNDER ML + JOSH GIDDEY 12 POINTS (-160).

Over/Under

With so much uncertainty in regards to who is playing, just PASS here.
