Jadon Sancho admits he wants to be 'happy again' after assist in first game since Man Utd loan exit
Jadon Sancho admitted he is aiming to be "happy again" after grabbing an assist just 22 minutes into his second debut with Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
The England winger was ostracised from the Manchester United squad after falling out with manager Erik ten Hag and returned to former club BVB on loan for the remainder of the season earlier this week.
He wasted little time making an impact in Dortmund's 3-0 win at Darmstadt, setting up Marco Reus to double the visiting side's lead after Julian Brandt had put them ahead in the first half. Youssoufa Moukoko sealed all three points with a goal in stoppage time.

Sancho said: "Ever since I've come back I have felt at home and I'm just happy to be back on the pitch again.
"It was meant to be, coming back and seeing Marco again. He's a great friend of mine and I'm happy to set up his goal.
"[My goal is] to be happy again, to be back on the pitch and to help the team, get them back in the top three and qualify for the Champions League.
"I've got personal goals which I'm not going to say for now. I just want to help the team and I'm very positive about the second half of the season.
"We kept a clean sheet which was really important and we just take it Game by Game. The team have objectives and I'm sure we'll do well if we fight every Game."
Dortmund are fifth in the Bundesliga as they aim for more consistent form to qualify for next season's Champions League.
The assist was Sancho's 65th for Dortmund in total having also scored 50 goals for the German giants. He only managed 12 goals and six assists in 82 appearances for Man Utd after his £73m move in 2021.
