Gypsy Rose Blanchard returns to brunette after blond transformation: ‘Went back to my natural’

It turns out blondes don’t have more fun.

While Gypsy Rose Blanchard recently showed off a lighter, beachy hair transformation, the look was short-lived, with the convicted felon sharing photos of herself with dark brown hair on both Instagram and TikTok Sunday.

“Went back to my natural 💗” the 32-year-old captioned her post on both platforms, sharing a photo of the look on Instagram and a video on TikTok set to the tune “Dark Brown Hair” by Eddie Foster.

In the video, Blanchard — who was released from prison in December 2023 after serving seven of 10 years for the murder of her mother — turns her head side to side as she tousles her freshly dyed brown locks.

She also appears to have chopped a few inches off, wearing her hair in a wavy shoulder-length style.

The “Released: Conversations on the Eve of Freedom” author wore a baby blue outfit in the posts and also flashed a gold “K” necklace amid her rekindled romance with ex-fiancé and former prison pen pal Ken Urker.

Although the social media star limited comments on her Instagram post she got plenty of love for her back-to-basics look, with one Instagram user writing, “Pheeeeew look at ya girl you look amazingly beautiful I love this look ya glowing girl 😍🔥 fiiiiiiiyaaaaaa 🔥.”

“I love it ❤ easier to maintain too” another commenter added, while a third wrote, “Looks soooo good! 🤎.”

Hair transformations aside, Blanchard has been busy refreshing her appearance in other ways since she was released from prison, showing off both a nose job and smile makeover in recent months.

The iNFLuencer also got matching dog tattoos with Urker after she split from ex-husband Ryan Scott Anderson just three months after leaving prison.

Perhaps he’ll be wearing a “G” around his neck soon enough.
