Caroline Stanbury defended using Ozempic — despite her husband, Sergio Carrallo, being “dead against” it.

The “Real Housewives of Dubai” star, 48, told “Uncut and Uncensored” podcast listeners last week that she took semaglutide for “close to three” months.

“I’ve met so many 40-year-old women going, ‘How have you done it?’ And I don’t want to lie to you,” the Bravolebrity said, calling the diabetes drug the “best tool” for weight loss after her “midlife crisis.”

Stanbury explained, “What did Kate Moss say? ‘Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.’ There’s something to be said for that.”

The reality star posted a podcast clip of the conversation with Carrallo, 29, to her Instagram but disabled the comments.

Stanbury first confessed to taking the prescription after undergoing in vitro fertilization made her “blow up” in a September 2023 episode.

“Sergio was completely against it,” she said at the time. “I did it to lose weight from a treatment I had to do that wasn’t natural for my body to get me to exactly where I was before.

“I don’t think anyone should be shamed for that. I don’t think anyone should feel guilty for that. … This is a way to get your life back.”

Stanbury, who has also been open about her facelift journey, is not the only Real Housewife to come clean about Ozempic.

Jennifer Fessler admitted to it on “Watch What Happens Live” in March 2023.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, 53, later said on the “Two Jersey Js” podcast that semaglutide, which helped her lose 22 pounds, led to her being hospitalized for an “impacted bowel.”

After Andy Cohen was blasted for “praising” Fessler and other guests’ weight loss, he clapped back on his SiriusXM show.

“I’m trying to deliver the goods for my audience watching,” the Bravo exec, 55, said on Radio Andy in April 2023.

“I mean, if Dolores [Catania] shows up looking 15 pounds lighter, I gotta find out how it happened,” he explained.

Catania did admit to Mounjaro use on his talk show that month, with Heather Gay and Emily Simpson later making their own confessions.
