Brittany Mahomes reveals she has a fractured back: ‘Take care of your pelvic floor’

Brittany Mahomes urged her followers to take better care of themselves after revealing that she fractured her back.

“Just your daily reminder: Once you have kids please take care of your pelvic floor,” the Kansas City Current co-owner — who shares kids Sterling, 3, and Bronze, 1, with husband Patrick Mahomes — wrote on her Instagram Stories Wednesday alongside a selfie of herself.

“Seriously. From: A girl with a fractured back 🙂.”

While Brittany, 28, didn’t reveal what led to her injury, she has been on the go since her husband and his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, won Super Bowl LVIII in February.

After hitting a Super Bowl afterparty on Feb. 11, the mom of two then accompanied the star quarterback, also 28, to the Chiefs’ victory parade in Kansas City, Mo., three days later.

Though the event started on a high note, it ended in tragedy after one person was killed and at least 22 others injured after people began shooting during the ceremony.

Two days after the shooting, Brittany and Patrick visited children who were wounded in the incident at the hospital.

On Feb. 19, the couple — who were high school sweethearts and wed in March 2022 — held an epic 3rd birthday bash for their daughter, Sterling, which included a bounce house, a slide and several other fun rides.

During the butterfly-themed festivities, Brittany wore more than $126,000 worth of designer clothes and jewelry.

Brittany’s fun didn’t stop there, as she jetted off to Tulum, Mexico, to celebrate one of her best friend’s bachelorette party.

“Time to celebrate our girl,” she captioned a photo of herself cheersing the bride-to-be, Mallory Moss, with personalized “Tulum Beach Club” cups.
