Not surprisingly, the two players who’ve earned the most points in the History of the Presidents Cup are the two most successful players of the last 30 years: Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson. Mickelson has the edge over his rival with 32.5 career points in 12 appearances to Woods’s 27.5 points in nine appearances.

Phil Mickelson, a six-time Major champion, holds the record for the most points scored in Presidents Cup History. Representing Team USA 12 times from the event’s inception in 1994 until 2017,

Mickelson has stashed 32.5 points throughout his Presidents Cup career. In his 55 matches, Mickelson recorded 26 wins, 13 halves, and 16 losses, placing him atop the all-time scoring leaderboard. He leads by five points over second-placed Tiger Woods, his long-time rival Teeam USA teammate.

‘Phil the Thrill’ also leads in two other categories: the most points won in foursomes with 14 (12 wins, 6 halves, 4 losses), and the most fourball points with 13 (10 wins, 5 halves, 6 losses).

Woods also has a unique record in tournament singles play, winning 7 of his 9 singles matches (with two halves and no losses), making him still the record holder for the most singles points won in the Presidents Cup’s History.
