She’s got the white stuff! Glamorous Taylor Swift sweeps the board at the Teen Choice Awards… while Twilight and Justin Bieber also win big

aylor Swift was the big winner at tonight’s Teen Choice Awards, bagging five gongs including the prestigious Choice Female Artist.

She was thrilled to accept the giant surfboard shaped awards at a ceremony which also included big wins for Twilight, Justin Bieber and The Hunger Games.

‘This is a really, really huge award, and I’m so excited and I just feel so honoured that I get to have you guys in my life,’ she told the audience

I’m so happy right now, thank you so much. And thank you to Teen Choice for giving teens a chance to vote for something, because I love getting these!’

Taylor also won gongs for Choice Female Country Artist, Choice Single by a Female Artist for Eyes Open, Choice Country song for Sparks Fly and Choice Movie Voice for her performance as Audrey in film The Lorax.

Unsurprisingly, the stars of the Twilight Saga were also big winners on the night, although actors Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner seemed shy of the spotlight, choosing not to walk the red carPet at Universal City Walk in Los Angeles.

The trio were dressed casually with Kristen sporting a pair of leather trousers, black heels and a blue, silver and black jacket.

She seemed to match her boyfriend and Twilight co-star Robert, who sported a black jacket over a blue patterned shirt and black jeans

The trio were on hand to accept the Movie and Ultimate Choice Awards, which brought their Teen Choice awards to an impressive total of 41.

Taylor, who plays werewolf Jacob in the film franchise said: ‘This award especially is an extreme honour. It’s amazing to me that you guys are still around and just as strong. We owe everything to you guys.

‘To share this with all of you means so much to me, added Kristen, while Robert Pattinson asked: ‘Can I give this to the audience?’, which led the stars to hand over their gongs to the cheering crowd.

‘Thank you guys so much. It’s been an amazing five years,’ he added
