I was trying to convince myself of a reason to back the Rangers, because Buehler hasn’t been his sharp ace level self that we’ve become accustomed to seeing the last few years, but in all honesty, I’m tired of waiting for the Rangers to get their act together and play like the World Series champions that they were a few months ago. Injuries have played a part, but at a certain point you have to be able to work past that and the Rangers simply haven’t. The Dodgers took it to Texas on Tuesday, and while I think Wednesday’s matchup is likely closer, I think the result is the same. Give me the Dodgers.
