1:07 pm ET Parx (Race 2) – Take It To The Max 5/2 (2-star play)

The 3-year-old Take It To The Max has shown some solid form so far, including when placing in maiden special weight contests on her first 2 starts. The second of those came when she was beaten 5.25 lengths in a 6.5-furlong contest at Parx in January.

The daughter of Uptowncharlybrown was expected to perform better when 5 lengths 4th in a $40,000 maiden claimer over the same track and trip the following month but has been freshened up since and is taken to break her maiden at the fourth attempt. 

1:34 pm ET Parx (Race 3) – Show Some Skin 2/1 (2-star play)

Trained by Louis C Linder Jr., the mare Show Some Skin has some good form at around this level in recent times, including when runner-up twice since returning to this venue following a couple of starts at Penn National in March.

The Souper Speedy mare arrives after a 2.25-length 2nd having raced from off the pace over 6 furlongs at Parx last month and she looks capable of helping jockey Sofia Vives to improve on her 16% strike-rate (13/81) at this meeting. 

3:26 pm ET Parx (Race 7) – Seiver 9/5 (2-star play)

Seiver, a daughter of Noble Mission, recorded a good 3 lengths 4th when contesting a $16,000 starter optional claiming contest over this distance at Parx at the start of last month.

The 4-year-old missed a subsequent engagement at Pimlico when failing to get a run from the also-eligible list and she worked over 4 furlongs at this track in 49.80 on May 22. The selection represents a leading stable and looks up to recording a victory with Frankie Pennington booked to ride.
