The Miami Dolphins (1-2) welcome the Tennessee Titans (0-3) to Hard Rock Stadium Monday for NFL Week 4 action. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET (ESPN). Below, we look at Titans vs. Dolphins odds from BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds before making our expert NFL picks and predictions later in the week.

The Dolphins, who have been led this season by WR Tyreek Hill and his 194 receiving yards through 3 games, lost to the Seattle Seahawks 24-3 on the road Sunday. Without QB Tua Tagovailoa, QB Skylar Thompson got the start and ended with just 107 passing yards. Miami’s inability to generate offense was clear, scoring no points in the final 45 minutes. Prior to Sunday, it had lost 31-10 to Buffalo in Week 2 and beat Jacksonville 20-17 in Week 1.

The Titans started their season off with a disappointing 24-17 road loss to the Chicago Bears despite taking a 17-3 lead into the half. Since then, things have continued to stay ugly with a 24-17 home loss to the New York Jets in Week 2 and then a 30-14 home loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 3. Second-year starting QB Will Levis has struggled, throwing for 4 TDs and 5 INTs through 3 starts.

Titans vs. Dolphins head-to-head

The Titans and Dolphins, with the Titans in the AFC South and Dolphins in the AFC East, haven’t competed often. There have been just 40 matchups in their history with Miami claiming 21 wins.

The Titans have had the recent edge, though. The Titans have won both battles since 2018, beating Miami 34-3 in 2022 and 28-27 in 2023. The first matchup between these sides came in 1966, a 20-13 Dolphins win over the Houston Oilers.
