The Las Vegas Raiders (1-1) welcome the Carolina Panthers (0-2) to Allegiant Stadium Sunday for NFL Week 3 action. Kickoff is set for 4:05 p.m. ET (CBS). The Raiders lost 22-10 at the LA Chargers in Week 1, failing to cover as 3-point underdogs. They then visited the Baltimore Ravens and won 26-22 in Week 2, closing as 8.5-point underdogs. Las Vegas has been led by QB Gardner Minshew, who has tallied 533 passing yards in 2 games. The Raiders don’t have a rusher with over 70 yards on the season.
