Ivan Toney scored Brentford's equaliser in their last meeting with Arsenal in February but remains banned until the new year.
Rico Henry and Kevin Schade have been struck down by injuries and won't feature, with Shandon Baptiste, Ben Mee, Mikkel Damsgaard and Josh Dasilva also unavailable.
